"Q" STYLE BROADBEACH APARTMENTS THE BEST

OUR "Q" style apartment 1803 (144 sq.m.) is one of the best 2 brm. apartments in the entire building, so you pay a bit more but you get a LOT MORE - i.e. fantastic ocean views. Everyone who walks in says: Wow!! Why one of the best? - because there are only 7 "Q" style apartments in Air on Broadbeach - 1803 and 6 others (2 above us, 4 below us), and we believe that most of the others are owner-occupied. Only Q-style apartments have the very long 15m balconies facing directly East over the ocean with absolutely unrestricted ocean views - see photos below!

OTHER 2 BRM APARTMENTS IN AIR ON BROADBEACH?

After the Q style, the next best are the "P" style, but they are a bit smaller - 138 sq.m. - and their balcony faces North (i.e. not directly to the ocean which is East) and don't have a bath; the 2 brm "solitaire" apts. ("F" style) are at the back of the building, and have the ugly yellow back of the building on their East side. Finally, the other available 2brm apts. ("S" style) are much smaller at 110 sq.m. don't have a bath, but do have a small balcony facing East. For direct unrestricted ocean views, the best 2 brm apts. are the high up "Q" style (but very few are available for rent). WARNING RE "LOCATION" - subject to availability!

With other apartments in Broadbeach, what you usually get when you check in is "subject to availability". Could be on a low floor with poor view! Or restricted sea view. You want to take this risk on your precious holiday?? No problem with us - we guarantee what you get because we only have one apt. in Air on Broadbeach, and it is a "Q" style. Although on 18th floor, with Oasis shopping centre below taking 5 floors, effective height is 23 levels. See views below from the bedrooms!
